BroadbandWatcher is an independent new blog created by the Editorial team at Simplifydigital.com a UK comparison and switching service for broadband, digital TV and home phone service. We chose to launch a broadband-specific blog in following the response to 3dtvwatcher.co.uk. It seems that our readers have appreciated our efforts, so we wanted to give you more (we’ve even brought in some extra writers to make sure the news is fresh, interesting and spell-checked (mostly).
What is our connection to Simplifydigital.com?
Back in 2007, our founders had a vision to provide clear and impartial help to customers looking for a better deal on their broadband, digital TV and home phone services. Yes we mentioned it before, but it’s the whole reason we’ve been able to invest in bringing you the site you reading now.
Flash-forward to 2011, and we’ve launched this site chock full of broadband news (why else would you be here?). We hope to provide clarity into the world of broadband avoiding much of the PR blurb you’ll read elsewhere.
For the first few months of our being, we’ll be mostly funded directly by Simplifydigital.com, but beyond that we plan that 3rd party advertising and referrals to our comparison and switching site will keep us up and running. If you want to advertise on our site, then please get in touch.
