According to recent reports, Australia takes 4G mobile broadband very seriously. It also does not tolerate Apple saying that its newest version of the infamous iPad was 4G-enabled when it wasn’t compatible with any 4G network in the country.
Thus the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission decided to fine the firm with 2.24m Australian Dollars for what it saw as misleading claims in Apple’s advertisements.

Tech giant Apple has lashed out claiming that the Samsung Galaxy smartphones and tablets were “slavishly” coping the iPad and iPhone.
If Apple wanted to win the court case against Samsung it would have to prove that the products are so similar that they caused customers confusion.
However, these are not the only tech suppliers to find themselves in industry clashes, as currently Apple is also suing Nokia, HTC and Motorola, and in turn it is being sued by Nokia, Motorola and Kodak.
In addition, even internet tech companies have jumped on…
